The Role
We are seeking trained, professional nannies to join our trusted network. We have immediate openings for nannies available for daytime, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as for live-in positions. If you are passionate about child development and are looking for flexible and consistent work with a supportive agency, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
* Provide attentive, reliable, and nurturing care for children of all ages.
* Engage children in age-appropriate and educational activities.
* Maintain a safe and tidy environment for the children.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with parents.
* Adhere to family-specific instructions and routines.
* Be available to work varied shifts, including daytime, evenings, and overnights, as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.
* Formal training or certification in childcare is highly preferred.
* Must be legally authorized to work in Panama.
* Punctual, trustworthy, and highly responsible.
* Patient, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children.
* Willingness to undergo a background check.
* Flexibility to work various shifts (day, evening, overnight) and interest in live-in opportunities are a plus.
